I treat neck pain, back pain, headaches, sports injuries and many other muscle and joint problems. These are the four I see most.
- Low back painFlare-ups after lifting, sitting or for no clear reason.
- Neck pain & headachesStiff necks, long desk days and headaches that may start in the neck.
- Shoulder painPain with pressing, pulling and overhead work, from irritated tendons to stiff joints.
- Weightlifting injuriesPain and injuries from squatting, pressing, pulling and Olympic lifting.

Every plan follows the same order, so you always know where you are and what comes next.

Find the cause. Your history, how you move and what you want to get back to.

Hands-on soft-tissue treatment aimed at easing pain and improving movement.

Exercises that teach your body to use the movement you just gained.

Rebuild
Progressive loading, guided by the Internal Strength Model®, that aims to return you to full training.

Meet Dr. Clutton
I am a chiropractor at Thrive Massage Therapy & Wellness in Burlington. I have a special interest in weightlifting injuries and I treat people from many backgrounds, from office workers with stiff necks to people training for a meet.
I explain what I find, say how confident I am, and change the plan when your results tell us to.
